Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you, to use the Service.

If you use #gtm on behalf of a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

#gtm provides tools designed to help users discover and engage with relevant conversations and communities on X.

Depending on the features available to your account, the Service may allow you to:

• discover relevant public X posts and conversations;
• search using keywords;
• identify relevant X communities;
• create and manage campaigns;
• generate AI-assisted replies;
• configure prompts and CTA variants;
• review, edit, approve, or skip suggested replies;
• perform automated actions using Autopilot;
• access activity history;
• manage usage and subscription settings.

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed over time.

3. Relationship with X

#gtm is an independent service.

We are not X Corp., and #gtm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially associated with X Corp.

“X” and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular feature, you should not assume that #gtm is an official X integration or that its functionality is provided through or approved by X's official API.

X may change its terms, policies, technical systems, interfaces, rate limits, detection mechanisms, or enforcement practices at any time.

4. Platform Risk

You acknowledge that the use of third-party tools and automated functionality in connection with X carries platform-related risks.

X may restrict or prohibit certain forms of automation, including certain forms of access or automation that are not performed through its official API.

As a result, use of #gtm may result in actions by X, including:

• rate limits;
• account challenges;
• verification requests;
• reduced functionality or visibility;
• temporary restrictions;
• suspension;
• permanent termination of an X account.

We do not control X and cannot guarantee that your account will remain unrestricted, available, or unaffected by X's enforcement decisions.

We do not guarantee that any #gtm feature or technical method will remain permitted, supported, undetected, or functional on X.

You use X-connected features with knowledge of these risks.

5. Your Responsibility for Compliance

You remain responsible for your X account and for your use of #gtm.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with:

• applicable laws and regulations;
• X's applicable Terms of Service;
• X's rules and policies;
• anti-spam requirements;
• privacy and data protection requirements;
• intellectual property laws;
• rules applicable to your account, business, or activities.

You must not use a feature where doing so would violate applicable law or third-party rules that apply to you.

6. #gtm Account

You may be required to create a #gtm account using an email address.

You are responsible for maintaining control over your account and for activity performed through it.

You must provide accurate information and must not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

You should notify us promptly at gtm@belonix.xyz if you believe your #gtm account has been compromised.

7. Connecting an X Account

Certain functionality requires you to connect an X account.

You may connect only an X account that you own or have explicit authorization to manage and control.

Connecting an X account may require #gtm to process session authentication credentials associated with that account.

You authorize us to use those credentials only as necessary to provide functionality that you configure or enable through the Service.

Authentication credentials may technically permit significant access to the connected X account.

We will not intentionally use that access for purposes unrelated to providing #gtm.

8. Manual Review

The Service may allow you to review AI-generated or suggested actions before they are performed.

Manual Review may allow you to approve, edit, skip, or otherwise control a suggested reply or action.

You remain responsible for content you approve and publish.

9. Autopilot and Automated Actions

The Service may provide Autopilot or similar automated functionality.

When you enable Autopilot, you expressly instruct and authorize #gtm to perform actions according to the campaigns, targeting rules, prompts, limits, and other settings you configure.

Such actions may be performed without requesting your approval for every individual action.

You are responsible for reviewing your automation settings, selecting appropriate campaigns and targeting, monitoring active automation, ensuring generated activity remains appropriate, and disabling automation when you no longer want it to operate.

You may disable available automation functionality through the Service.

10. AI-Generated Content

#gtm may use artificial intelligence to generate or modify replies and other content.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, inappropriate, misleading, or unsuitable for a particular conversation or audience.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is correct, lawful, appropriate, effective, or suitable for your intended purpose.

When using Manual Review, you are responsible for reviewing content before approving it.

When using Autopilot, you accept the additional risk that AI-generated content may be used without individual manual review.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use #gtm to:

• engage in unlawful activity;
• commit fraud or deception;
• harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse others;
• send unlawful spam;
• intentionally distribute malicious or harmful content;
• impersonate another person or organization without authorization;
• access an X account you do not own or control;
• collect or misuse private or sensitive information about other people;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• distribute malware or malicious code;
• attack or interfere with our infrastructure;
• attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems;
• circumvent subscription or usage limits;
• intentionally create artificial or deceptive activity in violation of applicable rules;
• use the Service in a way that creates unreasonable legal, security, or operational risk to #gtm or other users.

We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these requirements.

12. User Content and Instructions

You retain your rights to prompts, campaign instructions, CTA text, settings, and other original materials you provide to #gtm.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content only as necessary to provide the Service, generate requested outputs, execute configured campaigns, maintain and secure the Service, troubleshoot technical problems, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Our Privacy Policy provides additional information about how data is processed.

13. Third-Party AI Services

Certain AI functionality is provided using third-party AI infrastructure.

We currently use OpenRouter to route certain AI requests to downstream model providers.

The model or provider used may change over time.

Your prompts and relevant contextual information may therefore be processed by OpenRouter and one or more third-party AI model providers under their respective terms and privacy practices.

We do not control all actions or data practices of independent third-party AI providers.

14. Subscription Plans

#gtm may offer paid subscription plans with different daily usage limits.

Current plans, prices, daily limits, included features, and billing terms are displayed on the pricing or checkout page before you purchase.

We may change available plans, limits, or pricing in the future.

A price change will not retroactively change amounts already paid. Where required, we will provide appropriate notice before a new price applies to an existing recurring subscription.

15. Free Trial

Eligible users may receive a 7-day free trial.

A valid payment method is required to begin the trial.

When starting a trial, you select the subscription plan you wish to try.

During the trial, you receive the features and applicable usage limits of the selected trial plan.

Unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, your payment method will automatically be charged the then-current monthly price of the plan you selected.

Your paid subscription will then automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled.

We may restrict free-trial eligibility and may refuse repeated or abusive use of free trials.

The exact amount that will be charged after the free trial is displayed before you begin the trial.

16. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

By starting a paid subscription or a free trial that converts into a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription terms displayed at checkout.

17. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the available subscription-management functionality or through the applicable payment provider.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals.

Unless otherwise specified at checkout, required by law, or stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged.

18. Payments

Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record identified during checkout.

Payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, refund processes, fraud-prevention systems, and payment requirements.

We do not control payment-network processing times or independent decisions made by payment providers.

19. Usage Limits

Subscription plans may include daily or other usage limits.

Usage may include actions such as replies, comments, generations, or other activities defined within the Service.

Daily limits may reset automatically according to the rules displayed in #gtm.

Unused daily usage does not necessarily carry forward.

We may implement reasonable technical safeguards designed to prevent abuse, excessive usage, security incidents, or circumvention of plan limits.

20. No Guaranteed Results

#gtm is a software and automation tool.

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, customers, followers, impressions, engagement, replies, conversions, revenue, business growth, audience growth, or other commercial results.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, targeting, content, account history, market, audience, X algorithms, and third-party platform rules.

21. Availability of the Service

We aim to keep #gtm operational, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.

The Service may be interrupted or affected by maintenance, bugs, infrastructure problems, security incidents, third-party service outages, AI provider outages, changes made by X, authentication changes, rate limits, platform enforcement, or legal and regulatory requirements.

We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary.

22. Changes Caused by X or Third Parties

#gtm depends partly on third-party services and platforms that we do not control.

A change by X or another provider may make a #gtm feature temporarily or permanently unavailable.

We do not guarantee that existing functionality will continue to work indefinitely if a third party changes its technical systems, policies, access methods, or services.

23. Intellectual Property

Except for user-owned content and third-party intellectual property, #gtm and its software, interface, design, branding, functionality, technology, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of #gtm technology to you.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy or reproduce the Service, sell or sublicense access to proprietary #gtm technology, reverse engineer proprietary portions of the Service, interfere with technical protections, or use our branding in a misleading way.

24. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using #gtm, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

25. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to #gtm where reasonably necessary because of:

• violation of these Terms;
• illegal activity;
• fraud or payment abuse;
• security threats;
• misuse of automation;
• abusive activity;
• attempted circumvention of Service limits;
• material risk to our infrastructure or other users;
• requirements imposed by third-party providers;
• legal obligations;
• circumstances that make continued provision of the Service impractical or unlawful.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

26. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your #gtm account by contacting gtm@belonix.xyz.

We may verify account ownership before deleting the account.

Account deletion and personal-data handling are further described in the Privacy Policy.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, #gtm is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Service will always be available;
• the Service will be error-free;
• every generated reply will be appropriate;
• automation will always operate as intended;
• the Service will remain compatible with X;
• an X account will not be restricted or suspended;
• X will permit any particular functionality;
• the Service will produce specific commercial results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of #gtm, including loss of profits, business opportunities, data, reputation, or access to a third-party platform.

In particular, we are not responsible for independent enforcement actions, restrictions, suspensions, or account termination imposed by X or another third-party platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to #gtm during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of the Service, content you publish through the Service, your violation of another person's rights, or your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for liability resulting from our own unlawful conduct.

30. Governing Law

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.

31. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional terms displayed at checkout or for a particular feature, constitute the agreement governing your use of #gtm.

33. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, subscription plans, technology, third-party services, legal requirements, security requirements, X, or other platform requirements.

If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice where required.

Continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
